Testimonials
I don't ride the bus very much, but when I do - I am glad it is here. I was down in Billings last May and I came back on the bus. I really enjoyed the ride back and the driver very much.
I hope we do things again. We do need a bus to go out of town and back. There are people that need it because they can't drive anymore and it is hard to get places. Like there are times I want to go to Billings to see my family. Thank you so much for being here. I hope you'll be here for a long time.
Sincerely,
Wendy Pugh

I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated and enjoyed the bus ride to Billings on the transit bus.
The driver couldn't have been more accomodating getting me to the motel, which is on the "outskirts" of the city, the handling of baggage and the friendly visiting on the trip.
This service is very much appreiated and I hope many people take advantage of it, so it can continue until we get air transportation again.
Also, Jane does a great job scheduling and seeing to details. It went like clockwork!
With appreciation!

This is a letter of thanks to Valley County Transit. Those using your contracted services every Sunday from Nemont Manor to the Glasgow Evangelical Church and back have had such positive experiences. There is rarely a Sunday that goes by that someone does not mention what a blessing having the handicap transit bus has been. If it were not for the transit several of our parishioners would have considerable inconvenience in attending even a few services if they could even attend at all.
Thank you so much for the community benefit your organization provides.

A long overdue letter to say, what a wonderful service you offer us.
I live in Nemont Manor and have had my share of medical problems, but thanks to the transit service, they can get me to the clinic physical therapy, grocery store and even for my well being, to the beauty shop! Thank you,

I have been given the privilege of sharing my admiration for the Valley County Transit. My husband entered the Valley View Home about 5 years ago. Needless to say, he was wonderfully cared for. I planned to drive my car, but I played out and someone suggested that I ride the bus. I was appalled because it hurt my dignity. Since then I have used the bus and I have changed my opinion completely.
The buses are clean outside and inside and the drivers are wonderful. Not only are they excellent drivers, but they are caring people. They always see that every rider is buckled in properly and when they come to their destination, they are always there to help you down the steps if you need it. I have marveled at the way they have handled the people in wheelchairs. The buses are equipped to help people with their exits and entrance to the bus and the drivers help and do it beautifully.
Jane, the dispatcher, is irreplaceable and is always pleasant and takes reservations from the people who want rides. She is a terrific lady.
Colleen, the Manager, is indispensable and supervises the whole system.
One sees a lot of people who ride the bus and from every corner of the city of Glasgow.
From my personal viewpoint, it is the best service that Glasgow has had to offer in many years.

Card of Thanks
We want to give a big THANK YOU to the transit system in Glasgow. The drivers are exceptionally kind and helpful and patient with us old slow people. Since we no longer can drive, I don't know how we would have managed the past few months going to so many doctor appointments, grocery needs and more.
